Do Something
"In the worst travail... a voice echoes within me: Do something, And so I go tenaciously doing what I must do, doing what my capacities and the education I have given myself have prepared me to do… “Do something” is the advice I give… because while one is doing, one is alive and keeps alive the flame of life in the world which we feel… But it will not… go to ruin and it demands and commands that we do something for our own to keep it whole." - Benedetto Croce(1866 - 1952). He was an Italian critic, idealist philosopher and political figure. Spearheaded the Expressionism movement and wrote on numerous topics, including philosophy of history and aesthetics, and was a prominent liberal.
