On a serious note, an excerpt from my brother-in-law's mail.

...Something on this occasion I certainly want to share from what my lord spoke in Bhagvad Gita.

yatra yogeśvaraḥ kṛṣṇo
yatra pārtho dhanur-dharaḥ
tatra śrīr vijayo bhūtir
dhruvā nītir matir mama

Transalation by His Divine Grace A C Bhaktivedanta Swami Prabhupada:

Wherever there is Kṛṣṇa (Lord Krishna), the master of all mystics, and wherever there is Arjuna, the supreme archer, there will also certainly be opulence, victory, extraordinary power, and morality. That is my opinion.
There is no doubt that Krsna is Supreme Personality of Godhead under all circumstances, whether one accepts or not. But, we fail to become Arjunas in our respective fields and that is the main reason for our failures. Not merely was Arjuna a great devotee & friend of Lord Krsna, but was also a great archer and Number One in his field. Therefore, what is essential for sure success is expertise in one's field and faith in Lord Krsna.

I am confident that you are a person with great intellect and you work with full expertise and knowledge in your area. Therefore, by the mercy of Lord Krsna, the success shall be yours.

May Lord Krsna shower his mercy upon you and help you realise all your desires and fulfill all your dreams!
