To Heart's Content
Every once in a while, a day comes by when every thing falls into it's respective place and all seems just perfect!
7 April was one
such day for me (can think of a few in the past as well). At first, fulfilled my promise to the almighty of going to Gurudwara Bangla Sahib - a holy Sikh site (see picture) and doing service. The same was made on seeing a Sikh family that appeared to have come from Punjab to visit the place that I shall also go there and do service on getting the desired result. In fact I used to pass by and pay my respect to the holy site albeit from a distance for FOUR years during my daily haj to college. Finally, went inside, accompanied by my lucky charm (read my mum) and believe you me, was caught by surprise at my chappatti making skills!
This was followed by getting the haircut of my dreams. Having barely gotten my sister's approval to cut the long locks (read long shreds), I went ahead to go back to the lowest energy state, rebuffing the much celebrated Habib family, my previous (unsuitable) hairstylist.
Finally, IT happened... without going into much details, let's just say that my body acted (rather reacted).
Having lived that day to the fullest and to heart's content, henceforth shall try to do the same each day and EVERYDAY (Amen).
Sat Sri Akal.
