Someone To Love

Anybody who says that we don't need someone to love and be loved by someone is a LIAR. The arduous act of living surely takes on fantastic hues when the above happens.

This is what E17 sings about in the following song, 'Someone to Love':

why does this have to be this way?


Holding and kissing you,
when you go missing you,

and to be your companion is so understanding,
you've every need to be alright.

We all need someone to love.


A word of caution - There is a very thin line between 'lovers: Receiver and Giver'* and 'sycophants'. Latter is a very dangerous breed of homo sapiens. As much as one loves to have them around (honestly, who doesn't like to be flattered after all), but they can nevetheless end up blindfolding you and pushing you off the cliff. So watch out for them.

Then there is a special squad** of a sub-species who HATE you. One must have them around too because it is only after looking at them will you realise that there is still some scope for improvement in you!
