An Anthology on Anger

ANGER-Perhaps a milder version of one of the seven cardinal sins plaguing the mankind ever since Eve ate the forbidden fruit. The writer, in the instant case*, wishes to explore the reasons why someone succumbs to this, dare I say, banal instinct.

Everybody wants to be in control, to begin with, of themselves. The icing on the cake looks (and tastes) perfect when the same control can be exercised on a fellow being. Guess that's why the older (read wiser) generation never misses an opportunity to tell the foolish younger lot on just what to do.

One would like to think that the reason why this "control" comes into the equation between two people is because one feels a certain right over the other. What flows from this control/right is a sense of belonging to the subdued one. PERHAPS!
