Worst Fear Coming True

On cleaning up my closet (read pen drive) before I recluse myself and enter the hitherto unknown world, came across this musing.

You spend fair part of your time thanking your lucky stars when things go the way you want them to. However, every once in a while you find yourself facing certain moments that you would give anything in a jiffy to unlive. Yes, I’m talking about the time when one’s worst fears stare right on, which according to even ordinary wisdom, is bound to happen someday.
So, you move on, right?! Be gracious as you are caught unawares? Wonder is that how they interpreted it? Should you feel sorry or angry or hurt, the choice is yours. However, the climax surprises you the most. Thought you were strong, immune to everything, safe in your cocoon, and still do?
Pity! As much as you want, you cannot change the course of “things” that have always been that way, still are and always will be, that way viz., titled away from you like these very words you are reading this very moment.
